Running 6 miles on the treadmill Time 41:40 Avg pace 6:56 Stationary Bike 25 Min I started out on the treadmill to give my right knee a softer surface to run on. My plan starting out was to do 9 miles, but I thought I should stop at 6 and finish on the bike. In the absence of an injury I would have liked to do some sort of speed work today, but with my knee giving me problems that is just not going to happen today. I have to get this thing better before Wednesday because that is when I plan on taking my Army physical fitness test which includes a 2 mile time trial. |
